The Menu

Known for its unique open-fire parrilla and wood-fired oven, our signature restaurant brings wholesome flavors to the table with the freshest catch.

Start the day with Quinto’s Breakfast with a Continental Buffet or à la carte items of your choice, while the All Day Menu features some of the classic dishes such as Pulpo a la Plancha, Gambas al Ajillo and Fondant de Dulce de Leche. Enjoy our “Lunch on The Fly” set menu on weekdays or savor endless à la carte and bottomless cocktails every Sunday at Brunch de Barrio, with incredible flavors from fresh seafood and meat, grilled to perfection at La Parrilla.

The Chef

Chef Ivan Collazo started his career in his early 20s before graduating from culinary school in Mexico and had been working in the US in five-star hotels since 2016.

Ivan joined Quinto as a Jr. Sous Chef, overseeing all operational processes of the restaurant, but more importantly, he learned how to lead a team. After change of kitchen leadership due to COVID, Ivan worked closely with his fellow sous chefs to hold the fort while continuing to innovate and bring in new culinary ideas, making Quinto one of the best Latin American restaurants in Miami.
