The Chef
Chef Ivan Collazo started his career in his early 20s before graduating from culinary school in Mexico and had been working in the US in five-star hotels since 2016.
Ivan joined Quinto as a Jr. Sous Chef, overseeing all operational processes of the restaurant, but more importantly, he learned how to lead a team. After change of kitchen leadership due to COVID, Ivan worked closely with his fellow sous chefs to hold the fort while continuing to innovate and bring in new culinary ideas, making Quinto one of the best Latin American restaurants in Miami.
